This is how the
Residential Investor
Package works. Let's say you're supposed to
pay 8.25% interest for the Residential Investor Package.
Instead of paying the same rate every year, you can start with
4.00% the 1st year, 5.25% the 2nd year, etc, and the interest
you haven't paid will be delayed to future years. (See
table below). The delayed interest repayment will be
added to the mortgage balance to be paid in future years, so
you are not paying less interest in any sense.

Package also comes with a Roll Over
period, whereby after 2 years in the scheme, investors can
restart the process all over again for a further five years.
