This product is the silver lining every investor has been searching for all these years. Firma is proud to present this breakthrough product which will revolutionise the way people invest their money and build their equity.

Before we get into the technical details, the concept of the Residential Investor Package makes use of the following assumptions regarding property investment in Australia:

  • Residential Property values double every 7-10 years (based on figures obtained from Australian Bureau of Statistics)
  • Rental increases lag behind property price increases

This is how the Residential Investor Package works. Let's say you're supposed to pay 8.25% interest for the Residential Investor Package. Instead of paying the same rate every year, you can start with 4.00% the 1st year, 5.25% the 2nd year, etc, and the interest you haven't paid will be delayed to future years. (See table below). The delayed interest repayment will be added to the mortgage balance to be paid in future years, so you are not paying less interest in any sense.

By carrying out this process, Firma's property investor clients are able to generate positive cash flows out of their investments from the very beginning. This money could be well spent to buy more property or renovate the existing properties to add more value.

Our Residential Investor Package also comes with a Roll Over period, whereby after 2 years in the scheme, investors can restart the process all over again for a further five years. This allows almost four to five years of positive cash flows that are useful for many investors as by which time their properties would have appreciated by more than 25% assuming 5% average capital growth per year and a lot of equity would have been built up over the period.
